So many reasons that I love this clinic! Staff was professional, sympathetic, and actually wanted to help me even though I was new to the area and not yet established with a vet. All the other clinics I called were the exact opposite, if I could even talk to a real person. Dr. Billett and staff took a lot of time with Max and answered all my questions and concerns. They were very thorough.
